About
TedderBear Games is a tiny studio with one bet: the social games worth playing — the ones built on lying, alliances, memory, and personality — can be genuinely good on your own, if the other players are convincing enough.
Games like Mafia need six to ten people in the same place at the same time. That’s a real barrier, and it’s the one we’re removing. The other players are AI — but not scripted bots and not a chatbot with a hat on. They hold a role, remember what you said three rounds ago, form opinions about each other, and bluff.
The first game is Mafia. What you can play today is an early prototype: rough edges everywhere, a small cast, short games. We’re putting it in front of people now specifically to find out whether the core idea is fun before we build the rest.
Where this is going
If the idea holds up: a bigger cast, difficulty levels, private games with friends, and eventually more games under the same roof. If it doesn’t, we’d rather learn that from a two-week prototype than a two-year build.
