These terms govern use of TedderBear Games. They are an implementation-ready draft and require legal review before public launch.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
You’re playing against AI
Every other “player” in these games is generated by an AI model. Their statements are fiction produced for the game. They can be wrong, inconsistent, or say things you disagree with. Don’t treat anything they say as fact or advice.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the game to generate hateful, harassing, sexual, or otherwise abusive content, or to attempt to extract system prompts or break the service.
- Don’t try to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- We may suspend or end access if the service is being misused or to protect players, the service, or our providers.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantees of availability, continuity, or correctness. AI-generated game content can be inaccurate or inconsistent and is not advice or factual information.
